"I have had the privilege of training with Amanda since 2011 in a 1:1 capacity. I have a number of health concerns to take into consideration which Amanda takes onboard with the absolute due care. We work through these concerns on a daily basis not only in our training sessions, Amanda has always gone above and beyond to ensure everything is on track making contact outside of the training sessions and program's accordingly should there be any flare ups. I feel very safe training under Amanda's guidance.

What puts Amanda above most other PTs is the extension of helping you achieve other goals outside your sessions. For me it is to stop smoking, which is a massive challenge and we will continue to work towards a smoke free fit and strong Jennie soon!

With the launch of D2F it has also introduced me to group sessions, which I have always found difficult. The camaraderie within the D2F "family" is a true credit to both Amanda and Veronica for the safe training environment and culture they have created. As I now book in for another group session, I look forward to training hard with other like minded people." - Jennie

"I have really enjoyed spending time at Designed2Fit studios on trainer experience. It doesn't feel like work at all. The trainers are nice and the clients are great. Both trainers are welcoming and they make fitness fun! I've gotten to do things to be a kid again and people want to come back for more! How would you describe Designed2Fit to anyone that hasn't trained with us? I would highly recommend as you feel comfortable and welcomed. It's not overwhelming or intimidating at all.
