PERSONALISED TRAINING SESSIONS
The most effective form of training to get you closer to your designated goals. In an ongoing 1:1 session the trainers at Designed2Fit ensure your workouts are planned to suit you with all data tracked. Each program written goes for a period of 4 weeks allowing you to observe the gains through output over those weeks.
These sessions generally begin with an assessment so the program may be 100% tailored for you.
A buddy session provides the benefit of a 1:1 personalised training session with the benefit of working out with a family member or a friend at a fraction of the cost per person of a 1:1 session, choose either 2 or 3 people in a session.

Designed2Burn is all about high intensity training to get the heart rate pumping and burn some calories. These sessions vary from X-Training/Circuit/AMRAP/Cardio and may be a mixture of all.
It is recommended to ensure adequate hydration and fueling prior to attending these sessions.
All workouts can be scaled to suit your individual fitness level and any medical conditions.
Designed2Build is a session focused on Strength and Hypertrophy to maximise muscle build. These sessions are a combination of weights and resistance for an all over body workout in each session. The Wednesday sessions will focus on different body parts to the Friday sessions, and each program will be conducted for 4 weeks to allow you to recognise the gains in increase in weights utilised. Never fear female clients - you will not come out of the studio looking like The Hulk! We just don't have enough testosterone for that! But over time you may look a little "toned".
The trainers of Designed2Fit are certified THUMP Boxing Master Trainers.
These classes all begin with learning the correct technique for boxing, pad holding, kick boxing, pad holding for kick boxing, and using a boxing bag.
It is recommended you wear wrist wraps to protect against potential miss-hits whilst learning the correct technique.
Not only are these session a great workout after a stressful day, they are fun and can really get the heart rate up!

Designed2Run is not your everyday run of the mill running group where you just run together. In this class we teach you basic exercises to support your body whilst running, review your technique to ensure you are running more efficiently and ensuring there is less impact on your body.
Suitable for those new to running, and people that already run that would like to support their bodies more to reduce injuries.
A class suitable for those that are looking to begin their running regime up to 5kms, or are looking to increase their distance or pace up to 10kms. All runners are welcome to join as training runs and be surrounded with like minded community members.
